Individual Coaching
Individual Coaching is based on a long-term, one-to-one relationship between coach and client. The process is one of personal and professional discovery, supported and structured by the coach. Feedback is thorough and continual, but ultimately the client is encouraged to reach their own solutions, finding empowerment and emotional intelligence from them.
