The True Colors™ programme has enjoyed 26 years of successful people development in the US and all over the world. We use an interactive communication tool created by True Colors™ to help individuals and teams understand and assess their values, characteristics and interaction.
Clients exposed to True Colors either in individual coaching or in Team Development workshops will:
- Develop a deeper insight into their personality and the values, needs and strengths they bring to a team or group
- Develop an understanding of their needs and motivators as employees within the organisation which enables them to express their unique contribution and how the company can more effectively manage them to maximise performance
- Discover management or leadership style strengths and how to use these to manage people who are different from themselves
- Develop an appreciation and understanding of how to communicate and work with people different from themselves
